Your Role

As an Event Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and oversight of various events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of our event business, including external and internal events.
  • Coordinating with team members to ensure proper inventory management, delivery, and setup for all events.
  • Acting as the primary contact for all events, collaborating with the ARC Communications team.
  • Working with various departments to facilitate community events.
  • Executing contracts with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations.
  • Evaluating event success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Responding to sales inquiries and attending trade shows as needed.
  • Communicating client needs effectively to internal teams to guarantee exceptional service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities and rates for each account.
  • Developing policies and procedures for effective collaboration.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and safety awareness.
