Key Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities are essential to this role:

  • Supervise team members and monitor performance to ensure compliance with resort standards and operational procedures.
  • Manage and assist with the efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues related to guest accommodations and rates, providing personalized assistance.
  • Train team members to meet service expectations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Handle and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Manage overtime effectively through proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front office area.
  • Ensure all team members are prepared for their shifts and in proper uniform.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of resort services and community events.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist management with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • At least 1 year of experience in front desk or guest services.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Experience with point of sale software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
