Position Summary: Oversee and direct the activities of front desk personnel. Provide assistance to guests during their arrival and departure processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and resolve minor concerns to ensure a comfortable experience.
- Execute human resource functions such as recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff.
- Process guest registrations, manage billing questions, and address guest issues.
- Aid in the development of the Front Office budget and compile necessary reports.
- Handle accounting responsibilities and perform data entry tasks.
- Supervise Front Desk, Reservations, Guest Services, and Switchboard functions.
- Prepare daily and weekly management documentation.
Position Requirements: Requires specialized expertise and skills in a relevant field. Familiarity with Opera software is preferred.
Education and Experience: A high school diploma is mandatory, along with a minimum of one year of applicable experience.
Communication: Engage in daily verbal and written interactions, attend meetings, and facilitate group discussions.
Collaboration: Act as a team leader within the departmental work group.
