Strategic HR Technology Leader

At Verizon, we're seeking a highly skilled and innovative leader to join our team as an Associate Vice President. This critical role will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our HR technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR technology roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic HR and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging HR technology trends and identify opportunities to leverage innovative solutions.
- Partner with GTS and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR systems with existing technology infrastructure.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of all HR technology systems, including Core HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Performance Management System, Compensation and Benefits Platforms, and more.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and negotiate contracts.
- Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures for HR data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security across all HR systems.
- Oversee year-end SoX audit responsibilities (Internal and External for HR systems).
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes using technology solutions.
- Implement and manage HR technology projects to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR technology professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in HR technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of HRIS Workday systems, talent acquisition technologies, and other relevant HR applications.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
