Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a pipeline of market-focused opportunities, driving contact and capture plans to exceed company goals.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to teach and learn opportunities related to Carbice strategic pursuits.
  • Work closely with the Director of Product Marketing, VP of Marketing Communications, and CTO to refine and update go-to-market plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and develop new accounts across the territory, driving revenue growth in Aerospace and Defense, with a broader market scope over time.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as opportunity generation, contact to capture, and customer technology roadmap integration.

Requirements

  • A teaching and learning mentality, with a passion for educating technical audiences.
  • A technical background within an engineering discipline, such as material science, thermal engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • 10+ years of business capture excellence in Space Systems, Airborne Systems, Energy Systems, Power Electronics, or Data Centers systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to balance technical and business aspects of accounts.
  • A track record of exceeding KPIs, with a strong ability to drive results and take action personally and organizationally.
  • Resides in the Los Angeles, CA basin.
