Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our Global Customer Success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating a pipeline of market focus opportunities and developing contact and capture plans. This role will also involve communicating with and supporting customer success for teaching and learning opportunities related to Carbice strategic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to exceed Carbice goals
  • Identify and develop new accounts across the territory to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Director of Product Marketing, VP of Marketing Communications, and CTO to refine and update go-to-market plans
  • Work with the customer success team to teach and learn opportunities related to Carbice strategic pursuits

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business capture excellence in Space Systems, Airborne Systems, Energy Systems, Power Electronics, or Data Centers systems
  • Technical background within an engineering discipline (e.g., material science, thermal engineering, structural or mechanical engineering)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to balance technical and business aspects of accounts to drive value solutions to customers
  • Track record of exceeding KPIs with respect to opportunity capture
