Patient Service Representative

This position is responsible for managing patient accounts, resolving billing issues, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient accounts, including billing, insurance verification, and payment processing.
- Respond to patient inquiries, resolve billing issues, and provide accurate information about patient accounts.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and insurance processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the billing and insurance process.
- Stay up-to-date on billing and insurance regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- One year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and software.
- Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
