Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient service and support in a fast-paced medical office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets patients and visitors, responds to phone calls and messages, and provides accurate information and support as needed.
  • Schedules patient appointments, registers patients, and updates demographic data in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Collects patient payments, prepares medical records for appointments, and maintains accurate records and reports.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, resolves issues, and promotes a positive patient experience.
  • Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the medical office.
Requirements
  • One year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual English and Spanish language skills.
  • Experience using Epic software.
Work Environment

This role is based in the Candelas Clinic, Arvada, CO, and requires a regular full-time schedule with 40 hours per week.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.69, with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
