The Role: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth through strategic content creation and social media management across various platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing digital channels, paid advertising, organic reach, eCommerce platforms, and social media.
  • Craft and manage a dynamic social media calendar, collaborating with the marketing team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Actively engage with our community across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions that optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide clear and concise reports to internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Administration, outlining campaign performance and key insights.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) and digital marketing principles. Familiarity with website development and graphic design is a plus.
  • Demonstrated initiative, willingness to take on new challenges, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, time management abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
