Role Summary:

As the Head of Marketing Strategy, you will spearhead the formulation and execution of strategic marketing and communication initiatives aimed at enhancing brand recognition, driving revenue, and engaging key stakeholders. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead a skilled team while collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning, execution, and assessment of integrated marketing campaigns focused on donor and stakeholder engagement.
  • Direct content creation efforts, including product launches, thematic campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Enhance digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media outreach, to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers to promote the organization's public image.
  • Utilize analytics to track performance, identify improvement areas, and refine marketing efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to synchronize marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; a master's degree is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing and communications.
  • 3-5 years in a leadership capacity is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Commitment to the mission of Junior Achievement and a desire to learn about its programs.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
