Job Summary

The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will expand and enhance our digital marketing presence with a focus on social media management to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. Creativity and a passion for social media and digital content will be key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and Execute Marketing Content Strategies
    • Leverage digital marketing, paid & organic, eCommerce & social media channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Develop and Manage the Social Media Calendar
    • Collaborate with members of the marketing team to produce high-quality, brand-aligned content to drive awareness and increase brand visibility.
  • Engage with the Audience
    • Actively monitor and engage our audience across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze Data and Performance Metrics
    • Identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
  • Provide Clear and Concise Reporting
    • Report to internal teams including Marketing, Sales and Administration regarding campaign performance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Analytics, or related field
    • Required.
  • 5+ Years of Relevant Experience
    • Required.
  • Solid Understanding of Social Media Platforms
    • Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Demonstrated Initiative and Proactive Mindset
    • Ability to take on greater challenges and drive results.
  • Excellent Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong Computer Skills and Time-Management Skills
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to Maintain a Professional and Positive Attitude
    • At all times.
