Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Embassy Suites Bellevue. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the front desk team, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Guest Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with repeat guests, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply problem-solving skills to resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Supervise the ordering and inventory of front office supplies within a set budget.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with all levels of employees and guests, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field.
  • Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Availability: Able to work long hours as sometimes required.

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
