SUMMARY

We are in search of a dynamic and inquisitive Project Engineer who is eager to embrace modern technological advancements. As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of a diverse array of technical projects tailored to meet our clients' varied business requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively manage mid to large-scale technical project tasks as assigned.
  • Utilize existing automation tools while remaining vigilant for new enhancement opportunities.
  • Develop and uphold comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases.
  • Assist the Managed Services team with pre-escalation support as necessary.
  • Prioritize project requests and support tickets to adhere to required service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate unresolved technical challenges to senior team members.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all project team members and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by senior personnel or direct supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Required Attitude: Highly resourceful self-starter capable of exercising independent judgment.
  • Preferred Education: A+, MCP, and MCSE certifications are advantageous but not essential. A strong candidate will demonstrate relevant skills and a high success rate in troubleshooting.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of IT-specific work history.
  • Preferred Education: Related degrees or certifications such as Network+, Server+, Security+, MD-101, AZ-900.
  • Preferred Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Preferred Attitude: A self-motivated learner who enjoys experimenting with and configuring home lab setups.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Exceptional analytical and interpersonal abilities, including active listening and customer service skills.
  • Confidence in implementing and managing M365 administration, networking protocols, server management, and modern desktop deployment strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills due to the collaborative nature of working with various engineering teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ownership of all assigned projects and tasks.
  • Understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
