Job Overview

The Tease is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new advertising and partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage potential advertising partners, agencies, and businesses to promote our digital media site as a premium advertising platform.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our digital media site's advertising solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current advertising partners and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated advertising campaigns that align with clients' objectives and deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Prior hands-on experience selling to senior marketers (CMO, VP) at companies of all sizes.
  • A track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • A track record of consistently and reliably advancing existing and new clients through the sales pipeline to the close stage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our digital media site to potential partners effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Understanding of digital media advertising trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients and advertisers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, ad tech, and programmatic advertising is a plus.
