Job Title: Digital Sales Specialist

At Townsquare Media, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting comprehensive needs analyses, and presenting our digital marketing solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities
  • Conducting needs analyses and presenting digital marketing solutions
  • Partnering with our radio account executives to grow digital revenue in their existing client base
  • Working with our sales director to set and exceed sales goals
  • Building relationships with local leadership to achieve digital budgets

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Demonstrated success in growing new business
  • Drive and competitiveness to surpass sales goals and advance your career
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
