Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Trios Health. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, greet patients, and manage front desk operations
  • Enter patient demographics into our computer system, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, completing forms, and coding fee slips
  • Collect payments and manage cash handling responsibilities
  • Provide general office support, including medical records and switchboard duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 6 months to 1 year of related experience in a medical office setting
