Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Practice Administrator/Manager, this role is responsible for managing patient insurance referrals, consultations, and diagnostic procedures within the clinic.
This position also serves as a backup for the front office assistant, performing various related tasks as needed. Flexibility to float to other clinics may be required.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a hospital or physician office with knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, CPT codes, or ICD-9 codes.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical office or procedural scheduling.
