Position Overview

The Clinical Education Systems Coordinator is responsible for the design, implementation, and assessment of educational initiatives aimed at enhancing the skills of clinical personnel at Trios Health.

This role involves delivering both structured and unstructured training on various clinical information systems, ensuring that staff are proficient in their use.

Collaboration is key, as the coordinator will work closely with the Lifepoint Center of Excellence to evaluate and refine Hospital Information Systems, while also providing essential support to end-users.


Furthermore, this position plays a vital role in organizing annual clinical competencies, facilitating the orientation and onboarding process for new employees, and engaging with diverse groups within the healthcare setting. This includes interactions with department leadership, Chief Nursing Officers, quality assurance teams, educational departments, and IT divisions, all aimed at improving clinical effectiveness and the quality of patient care through the effective use of Hospital Information Systems.
