Position Overview:
The Patient Access Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive registration and pre-registration of patients seeking medical services as per their physician's directives, adhering to the established protocols of the Business Office and Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Admit, Discharge, and Transfer operations as necessary.
- Provide support for the Switchboard Operator and Cashier roles as assigned.
- Ensure that all registration and communication tasks are conducted in a manner that fosters positive interactions with patients, healthcare providers, hospital departments, and visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree from a two-year college or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
