Role Responsibilities:

As a Patient Care Flow Coordinator, you will serve as a vital point of contact for addressing flow-related challenges in patient care. Your role will involve:

  • Coordinating resources to enhance the efficiency of clinical operations across multiple states.
  • Responding to inquiries from healthcare providers and medical assistants, offering guidance and support.
  • Assisting with charting inquiries, eClinicalWorks navigation, and minor technical issues.
  • Analyzing daily schedules to ensure optimal provider staffing and reallocating resources as necessary.
  • Managing inquiries from Medical Assistants, providers, and supervisory staff, providing independent responses with Nurse Case Manager support.
  • Addressing urgent staffing changes throughout the day.
  • Providing support related to the EMR system and charting inquiries.
  • Monitoring provider credentials to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Coordinating staff to ensure timely completion of virtual patient intakes.
  • Offering technical assistance to patients and Medical Assistants facing connectivity issues.
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-6 months of relevant experience with Ideal Option
  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
