Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Representative to join our team at Tri-Cities Monitoring Inc. This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Proficiency in HR practices is essential.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide objective support and guidance to management regarding employee-related issues. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining workplace policies and regulations to foster a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee personnel files and ensure regular communication with staff regarding updates to personal information.
  • Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to keep employees informed.
  • Handle new hire documentation, drug testing coordination, and licensing processes.
  • Oversee uniform inventory and assist with unemployment dispute hearings.
  • Perform various other HR duties as required.

This position is situated in a fast-paced office environment with approximately 70 employees. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess a strong affinity for working with people.

Additional Information:

This is an in-office position; remote work is not an option. We offer paid holidays and one week of paid vacation annually, with further details provided during the interview process.
