Job Summary:

The Supportive Services Specialist will work autonomously and collaboratively with our mental health team to design, implement, and deliver services. This includes managing a caseload, providing consultations on housing resources, and designing housing support interventions for clients and/or referring them to established community providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients and provide supportive services
  • Collaborate with the mental health team to design and implement housing support interventions
  • Provide consultations on housing resources to the mental health team
  • Refer clients to established community providers as needed
Qualifications:
  • Counselor Certification (Washington State) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Educational Psychology with internship or practicum experience in direct counseling services to clients
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred
