Job Summary:The Supportive Services Specialist will work autonomously and collaboratively with our mental health team to design, implement, and deliver services. Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of clients and provide supportive services

- Provide consultations on housing resources to the mental health team
- Refer clients to established community providers as needed
- Counselor Certification (Washington State) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Educational Psychology with internship or practicum experience in direct counseling services to clients
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred
