Job Title: Resident Support Specialist

YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a Resident Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, culturally responsive customer service to residents, guests, and clients
  • Respond to resident concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or social service setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
