At Flagship Facility Services, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' buildings. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors using industrial cleaning equipment
  • Dust and clean walls, ceilings, and light fixtures
  • Empty waste baskets and replace liners
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, and shoveling snow

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 6 months of experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
