Service Desk Support Specialist

Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team in Seattle, WA. As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve service tickets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide clear and concise documentation on resolution of each ticket
  • Manage tickets in queue in accordance to established Service Levels
  • Provide updates to customers at regular intervals on ticket status

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Service Desk or Desktop Support Experience
  • Remote Phone Support Experience
  • ServiceNow Experience
  • A+ Certification
  • Dell hardware certification
  • Experience supporting HP printers
