Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of a large-scale warehouse operation.
- Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and training to warehouse personnel.
- Develop daily work schedules for staff to ensure optimal staffing levels while minimizing overtime.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain effective communication with management and colleagues.
- Implement processes that enhance efficiency and accuracy while ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily inventory cycle counts using scanning technology and inventory management systems.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and variances.
- Ensure proper organization of products within the warehouse and conduct searches for misplaced items.
- Report any inventory discrepancies for corrective measures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management is essential.
- Strong analytical skills for inventory variance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
