Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of shipping protocols, routes, and costs associated with all warehouse items. The Automotive Parts Warehouse Specialist efficiently manages, packages, and dispatches orders.
  • Measure, weigh, and count items in incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Process orders from various departments, ensuring the accuracy of each order against invoices and records. The Automotive Parts Warehouse Specialist inspects both inbound and outbound shipments for quality and damage.
  • Monitor the flow of materials to meet productivity goals. The Automotive Parts Warehouse Specialist guarantees a seamless flow of inventory by systematically organizing and maintaining stock on a daily basis.

Employee Requirements:
  • Completion of the onboarding process shortly after application
  • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods (up to 5 hours) and lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure, utilizing whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Previous warehouse experience or training is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation is based on experience.
