Position Overview

Role Summary: The Front Office Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service and administrative assistance to facilitate efficient office operations.

Compensation:
$27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests, fostering a welcoming and professional front office environment.
  • Handle, filter, and redirect phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
  • Ensure office security by adhering to protocols and managing access.
  • Organize and manage appointments and meetings.
  • Execute basic clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience as a receptionist or in a comparable position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
