Position Summary:
The Front Office Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering outstanding customer service and administrative assistance to facilitate seamless office operations.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $27.00
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional reception environment.
- Handle, filter, and redirect phone inquiries to the relevant departments.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries.
- Uphold office security by adhering to protocols and managing access.
- Organize and manage appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Conduct basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or comparable position.
