Job OverviewTwine Chart, a leading provider of data visualization and analytics solutions, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to support our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while handling various administrative tasks to support office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings and events.
  • Perform data entry and maintain office records efficiently.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
