Front Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings and events.
- Perform data entry and maintain office records efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
