Intermediate Business Systems Analyst

Location: Arlington, VA

The Intermediate Business Systems Analyst, operating under general supervision, will evaluate the business ramifications of applying technology within the existing business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate systems scope and objectives through thorough research and analysis, combined with an understanding of relevant business systems and industry standards.
  • Develop or adjust moderately complex information systems.
  • Assess business and user requirements, document specifications, and amend existing system logic challenges as necessary.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced Business Systems Analysts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in various phases of systems analysis.
  • Ability to evaluate the business consequences of technology applications in the current business context.
