Job Description:

As a Wholesale Credit Administration Associate III, you will play a critical role in supporting our credit officers in the underwriting, monitoring, and management of their portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pre- and post-closing activities, including due diligence, creation of approval documents, and interaction with operations.
  • Monitor requirements by creating and clearing monitoring ticklers and sourcing required financial statements and other documents.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
  • Understand policy and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Lead or participate in special projects.
  • Coach and develop junior associates.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience in the commercial banking or finance industry.
  • 1+ years' credit documentation verification.
  • Ability to work efficiently and productively on several transactions or tasks at one time, while driving results and meeting deadlines.
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Auto industry experience.
