Position Overview
If you are selected for this role, you will be working with Johnny III Trucking Inc.
The Role

With a focus on retail and small business portfolios, this position requires a deep understanding of both quantitative and qualitative risk assessments. You will be responsible for designing, preparing, and disseminating risk analysis reports while ensuring adherence to established exposure limits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and distribute credit risk reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure data integrity through meticulous collection and review processes.
  • Assist in the conceptualization, development, and validation of credit risk reporting tools.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Risk Management and business units to address exceptions and prepare responses for management inquiries.
  • Devise comprehensive solutions to intricate risk measurement and reporting challenges.
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on significant credit exposures and concentration risks.
  • Evaluate business processes and information requirements to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Utilize industry-standard models for risk calculation, including potential future exposures and stress testing.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess a solid understanding of credit risk management principles and retail banking operations. Essential skills include:

  • Data analysis proficiency
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in standard office equipment and software applications for report generation and data management
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Oracle, Tableau, Snowflake, and Microsoft Office

A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the financial services sector are required.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay range for this position is $53.16/hour - $56.99/hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K options.
