We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Credit Delivery Offshore Governance Lead to join our team at Truist. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight and management of our offshore partnerships, ensuring seamless execution of Wholesale Credit Delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to our offshore partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to govern offshore vendor relationships.
  • Manage offshore capacity utilization, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Support business transitions, including pilot programs and Middle Office transitions.
  • Own the offshore vendor contingent worker process, including onboarding and terminations.
  • Develop execution reporting to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Partner with internal peers to ensure alignment and consistency in offshore relationships.
  • Resolve internal escalations, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Provide feedback to leadership and teammates on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Assess process documentation, testing, and feedback on performance measurements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, with specific knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, with a proven track record of achieving desired results.
  • Knowledge of the business and related industry, with experience on project teams and management of project work.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results, with proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving, partnership, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in compliance or operational risk adherence and execution.
  • Previous experience in underwriting or portfolio management.
  • Independent thinker, able to work independently with little oversight.
