About Us: Eastside Exterminators is a leading provider of pest control services in the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Program Director to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to lead our commercial sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a strong understanding of the pest control industry, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement long- and short-term strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.
    • Create and enforce consistent sales procedures and best practices for pest control selling techniques.
    • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by promoting a variety of EEX services.
    • Monitor sales performance and productivity and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, offering coaching, training, and mentorship.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Oversee daily workflow and manage time and attendance of team members.
  • Customer & Market Analysis:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor sales approaches effectively.
    • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
    • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints related to sales and service.
  • Collaboration & Efficiency:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop lead-generation plans.
    • Leverage company systems and resources to drive efficiency and accuracy in pest prevention cross-sell initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or management experience.
    • Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
    • Experience in a matrixed management environment.
    • A high school diploma or GED is required; further education is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Advanced degree in business or related field.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership.
    • Experience in the pest control industry.

Compensation

$50,000.00 base per year + uncapped commission
