About the Role

The Divisional Vice President for Sales is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and guiding the sales operations of our organization. This individual will be a seasoned leader with a track record of success in leading larger organizations, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities, and possessing a strong vision for the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plans

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative sales strategies.

Lead and Motivate a Diverse Team

Lead and motivate a diverse team of Directors to drive performance excellence and exceed sales goals. This includes providing clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to Directors to foster their professional growth and development.

Provide Business Acumen and Financial Literacy

Utilize strong business acumen and financial literacy to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. This includes staying abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.

Build and Maintain Strong Relationships

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion. This includes articulating and communicating the company's vision, goals, and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Foster a Culture of Accountability and Integrity

Foster a culture of accountability and integrity within the sales organization, holding teams accountable for results. This includes promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging a results-oriented mindset.

Requirements
  • Proven Track Record of Success

Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced and competitive industry.

Strong Strategic Thinking and Analytical Skills

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to see three years down the road and develop a clear vision for achieving long-term objectives.

Exceptional Leadership Abilities

Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $200k to $250k.
