  • Answer Phone Calls: Respond to phone calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving client inquiries.
  • Address Client Concerns: Listen attentively to client concerns and respond with empathy and solutions.
  • Match Clients with Services: Ask insightful questions to understand client needs and match them with the right Massage Therapist or Esthetician.
  • Explain Services and Options: Clearly explain our menu of services and options, including packages and membership programs.
  • Provide Membership Outreach: Proactively reach out to clients via text, phone, and email to promote membership opportunities.
  • Protect Client Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and respect client boundaries.
