About the Role

The Director of Client Services at Bensussen Deutsch & Associates plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. As an active member of the Sales Leadership Team, this individual will oversee key account teams and collaborate with the VP of Sales to set and implement sales strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support sales and revenue objectives.
  • Set financial and performance goals for team(s) in support of strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate on new business proposals and presentations, working with teams to develop creative ideas for client external marketing projects.
  • Drive revenue growth by coaching team to strategically explore and capitalize on client needs.
  • Serve as escalation point for direct reports and client needs, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • 7+ years business development/retail product sales management experience.
  • 5+ years proven experience leading and motivating outside sales people.
  • Beverage experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of creating and ideating licensed product business opportunities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Promotional merchandise experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of calculating financial data.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
What We Offer

Bensussen Deutsch & Associates offers a competitive base salary range of $165k to $190k, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
