About the Job

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team at Workoo Technologies. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and protect attorney time to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Client File Management: Manage client files from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Document Scanning and Filing: Scan and save incoming client documents into our database, maintaining a secure and organized electronic filing system.
  • Communication: Answer inbound calls in a prompt manner, route calls internally, and deliver accurate messages to attorneys and staff.
  • CRM Software Management: Manage and maintain our CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates.
  • Engagement Agreements and Invoices: Prepare and send engagement agreements and invoices to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings as needed, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • General Office Tasks: Perform general office tasks, run errands as directed, and complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, with the ability to record accurate information and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Computer Proficiency: Possess computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle interruptions.
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

  • Client Matter Management: Managing client matters from beginning to end.
  • Project Management: Coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple parties.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Legal File Management: Maintaining and organizing legal files and documents.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a signing bonus, bonus pay, company retirement plan, PTO, and health benefits for full-time employees.
