World Insurance As is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist insurance producers in servicing client needs and providing timely solutions to complex problems.
* Lead open-enrollment communications with insurance carriers to ensure seamless implementation of benefits.
* Collaborate with client HR and benefits personnel to resolve insurance-carrier communications and appeals.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, preferred.
* Proven experience in group health insurance and other employee benefits, with a minimum of one year of client service experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client-relationship or agency-management software.
* Spanish proficiency, a plus.
