Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Guardian Service Industries. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and tenants, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Assist with sign-in procedures, visitor passes, and directions to various locations in the building
  • Provide concierge-level service, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
