**Job Summary**

The Oppenheimer & Co. Private Client Division is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing clients, marketing, scheduling, prioritizing meetings, managing databases, and providing general organizational support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support, including the creation, maintenance, and editing of documents, spreadsheets, files, and presentations.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, including all logistics.
  • Manage client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Interact with clients and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services or a related field would be highly beneficial.
  • High degree of proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface and articulate well with all levels of employees and clients.

**Compensation**

The current base salary for this role is $55,000.00 per year. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonus.
