Position Overview:
As a Client Services Representative I, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of on-site tasks that are essential for maintaining smooth operations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Actively communicate with supervisors regarding any potential issues or customer inquiries.
  • Efficiently manage and respond to requests from management and clients through various communication channels.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document all account processes.
  • Perform tasks related to Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail Services, Reception, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Management, and Records Management as assigned.
  • Participate in cross-functional training to ensure readiness to provide support during staff shortages.
  • Be adaptable to changes in site responsibilities and coverage based on client needs.

Mail and Courier Services:
  • Oversee the accurate receiving, sorting, and delivery of all courier items and interoffice mail.
  • Track and manage courier items including FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
  • Investigate and route unidentified mail.
  • Log and deliver messenger items while responding to customer requests.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Document and track customer inquiries and the fulfillment of requests.

Shipping and Receiving:
  • Manage the shipping and receiving of packages, ensuring accurate record-keeping for all shipments.
  • Receive shipments, verify contents, and secure necessary signatures.
  • Operate shipping and receiving equipment while maintaining inventory and responding to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

This role requires a customer-oriented mindset and adherence to customer policies, which may include health and safety protocols.

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Must obtain necessary security clearances to access client premises.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required for travel between client locations.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, walking, and reaching.
