NYC Health Hospitals invites applications for the position of Clinical Revenue Management Leader, a pivotal role that demands exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen. As a key figure in our finance department, you will spearhead the management of inpatient medical necessity denials, DRG changes, and IPRO audits. Your primary responsibilities will include tracking inpatient medical necessity and IPRO retrospective denials, leading the ADT/REG edits team to optimize revenue and minimize aged AR, and managing the Commercial/Managed Care Billing team to achieve similar objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance productivity and collectability.

We seek a highly motivated individual with a minimum of four years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration, with at least two years in a managerial capacity in healthcare-related fields. A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution is required. Strong analytical and communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of managed care billing, are essential for success in this role. The annual salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $200,000, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans, are also offered.
