About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Revenue Operations Leader to join our team in RCM Performance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of resources with experience in various parts of healthcare provider Revenue Cycle processes.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all areas of Revenue Cycle Management and be able to drive business and process improvements. They will also be able to leverage analytics tools and technology to produce dashboards and key reports.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess strong leadership abilities, including setting objectives for work, managing and monitoring analysis of data, and driving a culture that embodies the key values of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of resources in Revenue Cycle processes
  • Drive business and process improvements
  • Leverage analytics tools and technology to produce key reports
  • Manage and monitor analysis of data
  • Develop and analyze operating and financial budgets/forecasts for RCM Revenue and Costs
