Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Revenue Management Specialist to join our team at Accor Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of revenue management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Director of Revenue Management in developing and implementing commercial strategies
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Develop and maintain rate loading and inventory management systems
  • Manage special projects related to revenue management and forecasting

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
