About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Banker to join our team at Wintrust Financial Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for building and retaining meaningful relationships with customers, providing them with thoughtful solutions to meet their financial needs.

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and discover their financial needs
  • Collaborate with business partners to connect customers to experts who can help with specialized needs
  • Operate a teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby or drive-up
  • Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products
  • Recognize potential fraud and other risks
  • Assist with bank events and support the community

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills
