Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Topgolf. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction to our kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional leadership and development to kitchen staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet Topgolf's high standards for quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to proper food handling techniques and protocols.
  • Monitor and control inventory and labor costs, ensuring that our kitchen operations are efficient and cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions, ensuring that they align with Topgolf's brand and customer preferences.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and driving results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols, as well as local health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
