The Executive Sous Chef plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests at Topgolf Entertainment Group. As a key member of the Kitchen Team, this individual will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary activities and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Kitchen Team to provide best-in-class meals and exceptional service.
  • Supervise and coordinate all venue culinary activities, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement culinary strategies that align with Topgolf's brand and vision.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of culinary professionals.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on creativity, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
