Position Overview:

As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Swipe Say Easy, you will play a pivotal role in conveying the narrative of our innovative products. Your primary responsibility will be to champion a specific set of features and articulate their advantages to our audience. You will also be tasked with developing strategies for messaging and marketing during product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product team to inform both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their advantages. Generate compelling product content, including sales enablement materials, case studies, promotional videos, website copy, blog articles, and responses on forums to effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
  • Support the sales team during prospect calls when necessary, providing in-depth insights into the product.
  • Deliver presentations both internally and externally to advocate for our product's narrative.
  • Analyze and enhance the buyer's journey in relation to product feature adoption and utilization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or product management is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as this role involves significant writing and presenting. Familiarity with content management systems is required, as you will be responsible for creating product pages, optimizing conversion paths, and implementing dynamic calls-to-action tailored to different buyer stages.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a preference for working across teams.

This position necessitates cross-functional collaboration to effectively bring our products to market. You will be at the heart of our organization, engaging continuously with colleagues and potential clients.
